Do you offer Self Booking?

I offer my clients the ability to book themselves via my VIP Self-Book page. I only ask that you drop me a note so that I can follow up on your booking in a timely manner. It is important that I make sure you receive all VIP benefits. There are no fees for self booking.

*Note, if you self book, you are giving your personal information to Virtuoso, not me. My PII policies do not extend to self-booked itineraries.


How do you handle payments?

Payment information is taken over the phone and is placed directly into an encrypted system. Payment information must pass verification. Charges must be agreed to via our authorization form prior to purchase. An example of the payment authorization form is below. All new clients must also virtually sign a client agreement form.

We use our Client Information Form to collect your personal details and transition them directly into our encrypted database housed in Microsoft Cloud. For truly sensitive information, like credit card numbers and passport numbers, this information is only collected via a secure form or over the phone and put directly into an encrypted format. We ask that you do not email us sensitive information. 

Once your information is accepted, a code is generated to add your companion information into your account. We can help with this information over the phone or the forms can be sent out directly to you and your companions.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept in house and are never given out. Personal information is only shared as needed to make travel arrangements or at direct request by client. 

How do you make appointments?

How can I make an appointment with you? 

We use 10 to 8 Schedule online software to handle all client appointments. We always invite you to contact us by phone, but should that prove difficult, appointments can be made here.  This form is often emailed out if contact is not achieved within two phone calls.

I try to be transparent about how I do not accept every client. I keep my client list to luxury travelers with some exceptions for travelers with unique and diverse travel needs. However, I am involved with more than 100 other travel professionals. If we are not a good fit, I am confident I can find you somebody who is and connect you to them.
