If you cannot find it by the name, look try to find a point of interest close to the hotel or the zip code. It also may be that the hotel is sold out. It could be that specific hotel does not have a preferred or special rate. So try deselecting “Only show hotels with preferred hotel rate codes” and “Show Available Properties Only”
